Emotions can often feel overwhelming and misunderstood. We want to lash out, run away or shut down. It is my joy to share, whether in the workplace, at home, in parenting or within our faith walk, how our emotional world directly impacts us. It can take our energy, affect our relationships, and mess with decision making. I love emotions but we all would like to feel in control of our own bodies and thoughts! So I offer engaging, practical talks to adolescents
(like youth groups or students) or to adults on how to better understand emotions, navigate conflict, reduce anxiety, and build emotional stability. With experience in public speaking and teaching, my goals are to equip individuals and families with tools that make life better and foster deeper connections!
